Over a year ago I had a not-so-good experience. This changed radically (new management, maybe) the time I brought my kid to a birthday party and noticed a radical change towards quality of service. Neither I felt nervousness from the crew members nor the usual rejection to everything beyond standards or textbook situations. I have been treated beautifully, with warm and relaxed conversation from the crew, a couple giggling here and there, and a freebie that's gone off every expectable chart for the franchise. And it's nearby.

I have breakfast at McDonald"s every morning and I find the girls extremely kind, efficient and helpful. Well done to all of them. Very clean place and lots of parking available and, believe me, the cost of a cappuccino and a cornetto is much cheaper than any other bar in Italy.

The manager was discussing barf… there was a other girl working there she was just perfect! Nice and just paying the right attention. Just fire the girl (manager in the white blouse) she was inhuman

Why tables inside are dirty? Floor, tables even seats full of last client breakfast crumbles... No traffic line inside so what's the problem is?
