Tom Nodal★★★★★An outstanding dining experience at BURJ AL HAMAM restaurant located in the InterContinental Hotel in Amman. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional — the elegant atmosphere, the refined décor, and above all, the authentic and flavorful Lebanese cuisine. Each dish was beautifully presented and perfectly prepared, showcasing high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes with a modern touch. What truly elevated our experience was the impeccable service, especially from Mohammad Walid, our server. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a remarkable difference. He took the time to explain the menu, offered excellent recommendations tailored to our preferences, and ensured that every moment of our meal was enjoyable. His warm attitude, friendliness, and constant attentiveness made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. BURJ AL HAMAM is not just a restaurant, but a complete culinary experience where quality, service, and ambiance co
Mahmoud Khammash★A major disappointment and far below expectations. I have always heard that this is one of the best restaurants in the area, so I decided to try it for a Ramadan iftar buffet—unfortunately, it was my first and likely last visit. The starters were pre-served on the table, but sadly lacked any real flavor; they felt more like a visual presentation than actual food. The buffet itself was purely Eastern with very limited variety. The stuffed lamb with rice had no real taste or depth of flavor. The grape leaves and zucchini tasted as if they were cooked in plain water—completely bland. There was very little variety overall, and the meat shawarma was extremely disappointing; a very small piece of bread with barely any meat inside. In general, almost all the food lacked flavor. On top of that, the restaurant was overcrowded. There was significant congestion around the buffet, poor organization, and barely any space to move comfortably. Unfortunately, this was an embarrassing experience f
shadi dababneh★★★Very disappointing experience for a five-star restaurant. We waited 15–20 minutes just to place an order, and the food arrived cold. Even after asking for a replacement, it took too long again. Service was disorganized—waiters seemed confused, hard to find, and everything from bread to the bill took a long time. The system feels outdated and inefficient. More concerning, broken glass and a wet floor were left unattended near children for over an hour, and dirty dishes were not cleared properly. On a positive note, the main dishes were good and tasty. However, overall the service, organization, and attention to safety were far below expectations.
Samer★★★We arrived early for dinner, and with the place still relatively empty, we expected quicker service but it was painfully slow. We’re a large family with kids, so we ordered nearly everything on the menu (minus the alcohol), and while the ambiance was lovely and the place had a great vibe, the food was a bit of a mixed bag. The appetizers were delicious but the mixed grills and main courses didn’t quite hit the mark. Still, if you’re here for the atmosphere and a solid appetizer spread, it’s worth a visit
The Experience Guy★★★★A fine Lebanese restaurant inside the InterContinental Amman hotel that serves a wide variety of Lebanese food items. They have a menu of soups, mezzas, main dishes, grills, dessert, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). They offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Their food portions are quite filling, and the taste is very good. They have a large indoor hall, and outdoor seating, too. They accept cash and card payment. They are priced on the upper end. They have another branch at the Crowne Plaza Dead Sea hotel. There was a restaurant inside the InterContinental Aqaba that had the same name, but has now changed to a different name. When I visited, I witnessed a very poor service from the time I entered until I departed. They need a huge improvement to their service

Amin Abboud★★★★★Phenomenal service, fresh food bar, pampering and beyond.
Ala'a Zaineh★We had a dinner there, my experience was really bad. This restaurant was providing good food amd service, but today it is a total disappointment. The food is not tasty, portions are small. This is not a level of hotel restaurant, quality of food is medicore. Staff are not welcoming, you ask them many time to provide you with the order and they forget, they do not work as group. I won't go there again.
