Honestly, one of the nicest and most amazing lung in Jordan. The vibe is just something else — super classy but still welcoming. What really makes it stand out though is the service. The team there? As a cocktail enthousiast, I am always on the lookout for hidden gems. Dash is one of those places. While it is easy to find lovely bartenders who like to make the known cocktails for tourists, it is rare to find a true mixologist like Abood. I tried 3 different cocktails: a boulevardier inspired but whiskey based glass; a flowery yet hardy gin based drink, with eggwhite (which many Jordanian bartenders don't do!) and lastly a spiced, cozy yet fresh longdrink. The combination of spices and fresh ingredients made it so lovely but at the same time so difficult to place in one category (which all good cocktails do of course) Abood was a lovely host who took every small preference into account, allowed me to taste his own made infusions and even allowed me to taste some of his recipes for the first time! With the skills of this lead mixologist, I am afraid this hidden gem will not stay hidden for long, and with good reason!
