The biggest issue with my visit was the bar manager. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful when I tried to address a concern. Instead of assisting, he seemed dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. Good customer service starts with management, and unfortunately this experience left a very negative impression. I would not return based on how I was treated.”

The waiters were excellent, polite, and did their best to provide good service. Unfortunately, the food quality has declined significantly compared to previous visits, which was very disappointing. The biggest problem is the restaurant manager. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful toward customers. He clearly lacks the experience, customer-service skills, and leadership required to manage a restaurant properly. Instead of resolving issues, he creates unnecessary arguments and provides misleading information. It was frustrating to deal with someone who seemed more interested in making excuses than taking responsibility. A good restaurant can survive many challenges, but poor management can quickly ruin the entire customer experience. Unless there are serious changes in management and service standards, I would not recommend this place.
