Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the Umm Ali dessert today. It lacked flavor and richness, the milk was too light, and the sweetness level was below moderate. It was our first time trying Umm Ali, even though we are regular customers of Donuttery and usually enjoy all their other products. However, the staff’s hospitality and warm welcome were excellent and greatly appreciated.

Their donuts and drinks always taste good excellent and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming as well as a clean atmosphere. The prices are also very good overall but the only thing i wish would be worked on is the seating area; it usually feels cramped because there are only 3 or 4 tables i believe, i hope this could be worked on but besides that everything else deserves 5 stars 🌟

If you’re craving a donut, or something sweet, this is definitely the place to visit. Their donuts are so fluffy and there’s loads to choose from. I tried the Spanish latte today, and asked if I could get it iced, and the guy said yeah, so great customer service. I always have to get the cinnamon twist when I visit. Also, if you’re ordering, definitely get the donut bites - custard or berry stuffed. They’re sooooo good, you could eat 100 without realising it.

This place is a nice stop if you want to grab a small bite and are feeling sweet. The donuts here are decent, and the ice cream is mediocre. The staff are also a bit strange to say the least. Overall, nothing too fancy but a nice little treat.
