Luqman has done a lovely job at delivering delicious food at reasonable prices. For a girl from the Netherlands to come and eat her home food again I enjoyed every bite of our swahili style breakfast. Though I was upset I didn’t get to taste samosa because they are open 24/7 (literally) so sometimes things finish. They also serve lots of other dishes for lunch and dinner! I was slightly sceptical at first when trying to find a restaurant in Mombasa and I found this place with a touristy name in my opinion, but it was not at all what I had expected. I was already intrigued when looking at the pictures and reviews and when I came here I was not disappointed. Food is affordable, well-made and the service is warm. It is clear that the owner has thought through small details and has put a lot of work and care into this place. We were so pleased we came back a second time. They have a sign that jokingly says if you are in a hurry you are in the wrong place. Although we felt everything was appropriately timed, I do admit when we were there the place was not crowded, but even if it were, it is worth the wait. I definitely recommend this place.
