The views are great and wonderful reception from our waitress. The issue comes in when prices in the bill do not reflect those in the menu. We had several drinks plus some food as on our bill. Issue came in concerning the tea masala . It was charged ksh 250 per cup . In the menu it showed ksh 180 and add ksh 50 if a customer wanted a double. That would be ksh 230 but they billed ksh 250 to make ksh 500 for 2 cups ordered.The waitress did not ask what option we wanted while taking our orders, she assumed we were each having a double. When we asked why there was a discrepancy in the pricing, she simply said it was a mistake on the menu which management had not fixed. This is after the fact. Beware when you visit and to the owners, be honest.

Amid the chaos that is Nairobi, Views offers a relaxing ambience with a panoramic View of Nairobi’s skyline. Their food and drinks are worth the price in terms of taste, portions and presentation. Staff are kind and responsive. As expected, there’s a hand washing station at the entrance (2021 review). The dining area is well ventilated too so shouldn’t be a problem to those overly covid aware.

Such a lovely hidden gem in town. Not crowded just small and cosy enough. Has an amazing view of Nairobi. The service is really great our waitress was so awesome she took her time with us and gave her recommendations which were spot on. I’d definitely go back especially for the mint pineapple lemonade and the tilapia curry 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

For a place that's been operational for 7+ yrs and yet still maintain top notch customer service and make good food, you guys have done well. I was served so well. I came in when it was full and was asked if I wouldn't mind to wait just a little bit so that they get a table for me. That in itself will keep me coming back. The food was also really really good. I had creamy beef with mushroom and a side of rice. Such a comfort meal and with this chilly weather, you will love it. The portions are filling as well. Also the view is amazing, especially at night. I will keep coming back.

I had been told about this place for a while but I had not tried it yet. On a random weekday evening I found myself in Bihi towers and decided it was now or never. I was not disappointed. The place is modestly but beautifully decorated which I appreciated because it does not take away the attention of the view. The view of Nairobi CBD when you're sipping your hot coffee in this restaurant slaps different. The customer service is impeccable! They were a bit understaffed when I went but I could only tell that from counting the waiters. The service was very personal and made me feel welcomed. Their portioning is also very generous and leaves you filled with delicious food. I absolutely loved this place and would definitely recommend. Also, try the banana split sundae when you visit. You won't regret!
