The waiter who served us today was kind and very professional. Food quality has just been dropping we've been avoiding Java Westside because of different food experiences only to learn they do musical chairs with the chef's too. Explains why the food quality changes so drastically. The floors were dirty our lovely waitress had to clean under the tables. The toilets let's just say they are a public health disaster.

I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent delivery from Java Nakuru. When I ordered a bottled soft drink, it was delivered after being opened and poured into a glass for transportation. This was unexpected, as bottled drinks are generally assumed to be supplied sealed. Once a drink is opened and transferred, it raises understandable food safety and hygiene concerns, as the customer cannot verify the condition of the drink prior to delivery. For this reason, I was unable to consume it. If bottled drinks cannot be delivered in their original sealed condition, it may be better to reconsider offering them as delivery items, or to clearly communicate how such drinks will be supplied. This would help manage customer expectations and avoid similar concerns in the future. I am sharing this feedback in good faith and hope it helps improve the delivery experience going forward.
