I got a very bad experience with a very unfriendliness lady known as pauline. her language is worrying . came to the hotel on a week day looking for a quite place to do a 30 minutes meeting as i take lunch only for her to tell "haiwezani"with a very harsh tone.i was forced to do the meeting in a car and was extremely hot. This has been my best place but won't advise anyone to go there.

Mseries offers a mix of good food and drinks as well as swimming. It's the only swimming pool in the area, which makes it the preferred destination for many especially during hot weather. The food is awesome but the service needs some polishing, maybe more waiters. Orders will take longer than you would want but hey, they will always come through. The place has a good environment for families as kids have a separate pool, as well as a bouncing castle and lots of children's games. If you are a late night person, you might consider clubbing elsewhere because the bar closes before midnight.
