I visited Alanya Grill restaurant for dinner and I was surprised by the question of whether I had a reservation, which is not common in Tripoli. The waiter checked with the cashier and found me a table, but I felt that the family section was too small and crowded. The food was tasty, but the portions were smaller and the prices were higher than other restaurants. I think they should improve their value for money if they want to attract more customers. The customer service was also disappointing, as the staff seemed unprofessional and unprepared. The only exception was a waitress who was very friendly and efficient, but she could not do everything by herself. The restaurant was clean and new, but it lacked some charm and personality. I hope they can work on their service and ambiance in the future. Note : no wheelchair entrance for the families section
