We came here for a birthday celebration. Was delighted with this find. Saw the place via social media and decided to give it a go. The fusion of Thai and French cuisine was beautifully done. The highlights were 1) the beef wellington - we opt for medium rare and was not disappointed. The special touch was the rice mixed with the puree mushroom between the nicely done crust and the meat. Well paired. 2) the bone marrow beef fried rice was another very well done dish. The fried rice was very fragrant, and mixed with the bone marrow gave it a wonderful creamy texture. 3) the seafood salad was a refreshing addition to our meal. Nice succulent little shrimps with slices of salmon and tuna. The dressing gave a very tangy kick to the meal. 4) the lamb shank was very well cooked, melt in your mouth texture blended very well with the gravy it was stewed with. Came here for the omelette souffle and was not disappointed! I personally thought it paired really well with the raw vege which had some refreshing citrusy sauce. Loved the bone marrow beef rice and tenderloin steak! The rice had really unique flavours you don’t usually get in fried rice/ clay pot rice and the steak was juicy, tender paired with nice red winey sauce. As for the roasted chicken, it’s nice but nothing special. Just regular well roasted and tender chicken.

Top notch service and dining ambience. Food is also rather unique but taste n flavour is totally personal, hence its a matter of yes or no. Made a booking via dining city platform. Staff is friendly and very much willing to serve. Albeit dining area feel a bit warm mayb Due to the open kitchen, thers floor fans in certain places to enhance the conditioning. Overall food is unique n out of the norm but taste OK, price as expected is on the higher end towards affluent dining. I’ve enjoyed my dinning experience, would revisit on other special occasions.

Delicious Thai-French cuisine in a strange seemingly empty building, lots of parking in the underground lot! We’ve been twice and tried about half their menu, would recommend: 🌟 Omelette soufflé w. crab RM46: unique! Like Thai crispy omelette and French egg souffle had a baby, the they added these refreshing herb greens crab and Thai chili sauce love all the flavors and different textures combined. 🌟 Crab bisque RM48: delicious 🌟 Braised beef short ribs RM98: if you are only getting one dish here, let it be this. Tender and love their sweet savory glaze, not too strong. 👍🏼 Prawn toastie RM40: reminds me of Siew Mai from dimsum so shrimpy!! The chef informed me that it’s layered shrimp paste, prawn, shrimp paste. I love when restaurants do essentially the same ingredient in different forms. 👍🏼 Beef bone marrow rice RM68: a good carb dish to balance out the meal, delicious beef on top. The bone marrow adds more richness and fat which I feel isn’t needed, but still nice to have.

Came here for my wife’s birthday dinner after I saw some content on this place which they have French & Thai fusion foods here. Saw that many people give good reviews on the Beef & Bone Marrow Fried Rice & Broiche with Butter so we ordered both of it. And decided to try out their Pad Thai as well. What we love the most is the Beef & Bone Marrow Fried Rice. Didn’t expect it to be this good. All the foods are good and worth coming back again next time.

Had a wonderful dining experience at THB Bisteonome in Petaling Jaya. The food and drink menu was excellent, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The restaurant itself has a very nice ambience — elegant, cozy and great for a relaxing meal. The service staff were also warm, friendly and attentive to our needs throughout the evening, which made the experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to with my family again soon.
