Connie C★★★★★Looking up, I noticed the decorations on the third-floor balcony were different from the surrounding buildings. There were no signs downstairs 🤣 The staff unexpectedly helped me with my phone problem. The ambiance and food were both excellent. Wishing this young lady all the best in her studies and work. ❤️ I hope to return to Yangon again someday.
Tasara Taksinapan★★★★Rio Cafe is one of those low-key gems in Yangon where you can enjoy a laid-back meal or coffee in a cozy, modern space. Whether you’re stopping by for brunch, catching up with a friend over coffee, or just needing a quiet spot to work, Rio delivers a consistently pleasant experience. The menu offers a mix of Western and Asian fusion dishes, think pastas, burgers, rice bowls, and all-day breakfast items. Coffee is solid, with quality beans and decent execution whether you go for a flat white or an iced latte. The dessert and pastry selection is also worth checking out, especially if you have a sweet tooth. The interiors are warm and minimalist, with just enough personality to feel inviting. Service is polite, though it can be a little slow during busy times. What we liked: • Cozy, well-designed space perfect for casual hangouts or working • Diverse menu with both comfort food and healthier options • Good coffee and desserts What could be better: • Limited parking • Service can somet

Coon Houng Sar★★★★★My Casual Review of Rio Coffee & Brunch (Yangon) So I finally checked out Rio Coffee & Brunch in downtown Yangon — it’s hidden away on the 3rd floor along Sule Pagoda Road. Honestly, it’s kind of hard to find (keep an eye out for a tiny chalkboard sign), but once you’re in, it’s super cute. The inside is really well designed, kind of dark and modern, and there’s a balcony with a direct view of Sule Pagoda — perfect if you’re into rooftop vibes or snapping a few photos. The coffee? Loved it. I tried their matcha latte and a nitro cold brew — both were really good, especially the matcha. You can tell they care about their drinks. I also had a Mexican chicken wrap, which totally hit the spot. The smoothie bowl was solid too, especially if you’re in a healthier mood. Not everything was amazing — the cheesy fries with sweet sauce were kind of a weird combo, and the risotto tasted more like fried rice. But hey, that’s pretty minor. Staff were nice, service was decent, though it slowed do

Chanakarn Kellogg★★★★Nice brunch cafe with pagoda view , food fresh but a bit pricy , cafe located at second floor of the building need to find the little sign on the road side. Staff was very friendly and well trained. Inside quite modern and cozy. If you want to find the nice cafe with great view this place is must try in yangon ! All the drink also tastes good.
Plutodox★★★★Great restaurant, foods and drinks are fine with reasonable price, overall quite nice. You can see Sule pagoda from here. The entry really small, and have to walk up stairs.
