Royal Mandalay Café & Restaurant is one of the nice Cafes and Restaurants in Mandalay. It is big enough to hold crowds and large groups of people. They also have different styles of tables, sofa, benches and settees. Staffs are helpful and very supportive. The foods are also delicious. It is second time for me. As a traveller and also a remote working person, it is very convenient for me to use the electrical outlets provided by the Cafe. Royal Mandalay Coffee is their own signature coffee with Coffee, Milk and Condensed Milk. But we can order with or without Condensed Milk as well. It is a wonderful restaurant. The seating area is big. You are welcomed by folks who speak excellent English. The menu is vast, especially if you are a non-vegetarian. There are quite a few items for the vegetarian. But make sure you clearly say, no fish sauce, no oyster sauce, and the whole list. The service is superb, the staff extremely helpful. I'll definitely go back there again.

Strange mix between Western food (pizza, pasta, French fries) and Oriental (seemed like Chinese). Smart and clean, with attentive staff, but we had no idea what most of the food on the menu would be like. Large portions, typical main dish around $4 so not expensive, but I would not dare try their fish and chips or pizza. We ate Chinese (I think) and the food was nicely presented, hit and tasty so can't fault them on that, but it did feel like a lottery - we really had no idea what were going to get. (PS Avoid the white wine.)
