This is a nice place to enjoy coffee and desserts. It attracts a trendy crowd, especially on weekends, and is also popular for photo shoots. The café’s decoration is quite attractive, and the price range is generally acceptable. Prices are: Iced Americano 8,000 MMK, Latte 9,000 MMK, and Mille-Feuille (layered cracker) 13,000 MMK. However, the additional 10% service charge and 5% tax feel quite high. The coffee taste is normal—not exceptional, but acceptable. The service is good, and free drinking water is provided. One downside is that they use reusable stools, which is not ideal for personal hygiene. Parking is available inside the compound. If there is no space, street parking is possible. The parking helpers are very polite and professional.

With its modern minimalist decor and high-quality coffee selection, it's a bit pricier but worth it for the convenience of free parking and water refills. The well-lit space is perfect for both studying and socializing, and the effective air conditioning is a welcome relief in the summer heat. I can see myself becoming a regular here.

A good place to work or talk with friends. Coffee ☕ taste is really good. The food and cakes are really great. It seems a little bit expensive but the food and coffee are really great. The car park is wide enough to park for a lot of cars. Payment method is only available for cash and mobile payments such as ayapay, kpay and so on. Card payment is not available yet when I was there. The room is big enough and make me really comfy.
