“Very bad service, I took a 6+6 meal today which included 3 pepsi, done my billing, which included 3 pepsi. A brand like KFC the staffs says sorry sir we don’t have Pepsi, i asked for refund they denied and was forcing to change the choice of my drink instead. And chicken had dripping oil from it.”

Worst experience ever I visited this place in June they didn’t even switched on the AC and when requested they switched it on and after ten minutes they switched it off again all they think about their electricity bill and they don’t care about delivering the quality service to the customer.

Why veg burger bread not toasted, mayonnaise putting too much inside bread and bread almost melting. What happened with Kfc staff especially shift supervisor why she didn’t care about it. We pay our hard work money for Kfc food. My humble request to Kfc management team.

I have been to multiple KFC in India and when they serve chicken it's hot but eatable here they took it out from boiling oil and put it on our plate. It was next to impossible to something so hot. Layer or chicken too oily, tasted almost like I'm eating something by dipping in oil. While in India I use to wait for the day when I can go and eat at KFC but after eating here I don't wish to go to KFC again anywhere. Plus the chicken looked dark and uncooked we almost puked after getting back to home.
