🌿 One of My Favorite Spots in the City! 🍻 As a regular customer, I can honestly say KTM Pub (Beer Garden) never disappoints. The vibe here is super chill and refreshing — it’s like a peaceful escape right in the middle of the city. I love the outdoor garden-style seating; it gives the place such a calm and cozy atmosphere. The drinks are always on point — they have a solid variety of beers and cocktails, and everything is served just right. The food is also a highlight! Their grilled items and bar snacks go perfectly with a cold drink and good conversation. What I appreciate most is the consistency — friendly staff, quick service, clean space, and a vibe that’s perfect for unwinding after a long day. There's no loud music, which makes it great for talking and actually enjoying your time. I've been here several times and every time it never disappoints me. The wide array of beers to choose from and delicious food makes it my favourite pub. Especially, I love the outdoor seating arrangement. And last time, they also had a bonfire! Timmur chicken and momos my favourite here, not to mention the Barahsinghe Belgian Style Witbier served from tap, topped with mandarins!

Heard a lot about it in instagram, facts about the restaurant, its so close to the road that you can hear a continuous honking from the traffic jam just opposite the road as it is infront of the Bhatbheteyni, also the ambience music is so loud that it was hard to communicate with your companion. Only limited beers were as cheap as they advertised. The cheap beer talked for itself, since I tried yaktober which i felt it was flat and complained, but the service didn't take it positively. Snacks was mediocre and expensive for what they serve. Limited space for huge crowd and limited parking space.

I visited your restaurant alone during the day and ordered one Hazy IPA beer. I asked the server if she had a Type-B charger, and she said she didn’t. I mentioned that I was waiting for some friends, and she served the beer and left. After that, no one checked on me or came back to ask if I wanted to order any food. I waited for about 30 minutes without any service. When I finally asked for the bill, it was brought to me without a bill folder, which felt quite unprofessional and embarrassing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your service standards and overall hospitality. Thank you.
