I stayed here for a few days , the best thing about this hotel is the location, right in the city center and about 10 minutes walk to the station. Staff were pretty friendly overall, the major downside for me is the rooms are not the cleanest, I found dust on quite a few surfaces and the mattresses were also not clean. A major issue a lot of people might have is the establishment runs a nightclub on Fridays and Saturdays so if you are a light sleeper don't stay here.

The stay was mixed. On the positive side, the staff member Ms. Piuma was very friendly, attentive, and truly tried her best to make us feel welcome. Her service was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is quite old and not very clean, which was disappointing. The rooms and common areas clearly need renovation and better maintenance. The breakfast was also very basic and limited, with little variety. Overall, great service from the staff, but the hotel facilities and breakfast do not meet modern expectations.

Rooms are spacious, but had a weird smell not to mention the shower area had mold all around the ceiling. I found someone’s old hair in the new towels ment for me to be used, tv also didn’t work and not to complain about the noise on Friday nights until 4am since it is warned about but the noise even on the top floors is very clear and sucks when you’re trying to sleep. Short walk from train station to Amsterdam central and lost of restaurants in the immediate area. Wouldn’t come back here tho, checking in also took a while since nobody was in sight for a good 15 minutes when checking in

Worst hotel ever. Dirty, smells like urine, old, etc. Night club at the hotel with loud music all night. Could not sleep. The place seems like rooms for a brothel. Parking is not possible. Too expensive for the price. I and my family checked-out after one night to another hotel. We got no refund. The Photos on the internet are misleading. Never again!!
