I’m so glad I chanced upon this lovely place tonite. It may be small, but it’s cosy and full of charm. The staff were warm and accommodating, making the experience even more special. The hot chocolate was truly soul-soothing on a cold, chilly night, and the apple pie was an absolute delight. The stamppot was.... simply DIVINE! Wishing the owner and staff all the very best.

wasn’t too busy when we came, near anne franks house making an easy dinner. inside has a homely feel with warm lighting and lots of decorations and paintings. we wanted to try authentic dutch food so we got the stammpot w sausage and also the stammpot tastery. also got the canal house and mussels. it was good to try dutch food but i think stammpot is not something that we liked that much just because there is so much mash potato. the steak and mussels were fine. they didn’t have any tap water and only small bottles. we also got the apple pie which was quite yummy and warm.

My family showed up just before a crowed, so we got some fairly good seats. The atmosphere was alright, and the decorations were a bit... loud, to say the least. Everyone around us was having a great time and seemed to be enjoying the food. The staff was fun, happy, and quick. They smiled and interacted with everyone happily and were nice people. The food came within 20 minutes of our order, but that might have to do with the fact that we were quick to order before everyone from the crowed. The food was incredible as well.
