I took the pistachio/rose brioche and a tahini/jasmine latte. Regarding the quality of the food, I don't have much to say; it's good. Some pastries are really small for the price, while others are bigger but cost the exact same, which is a bit weird. The brioche is soft, the feuilleter sweet and decadent, the rose and pistachio filling is generous and harmonious. The latte was also good, but I didn't taste the jasmine, so I wouldn't really recommend it, and it wasn't very hot. As for the service and the vibe, it was a bit strange. The pepperoni focaccia changed my life. I had to go back and get it again the next day. So realistic I had to double-check to it was actually vegan. If you get ONE thing in Amsterdam it has to be this. Coffee is delicious too.

Tried this place upon a recommendation of local friends and we got the four things all to share between the three of us! Was delicious! My favourite was the pistachio rose Danish but the tahini bun was also great! The apple Danish was also very nice but I wouldn’t have needed so much of the cream which was nothing special. The matcha cookie was a bit odd, my friends didn’t like it at all and even volunteered their share! I thought it was ok but the consistency seemed off and it wasn’t very sweet (although one friend said she thought it too sweet so 🤷🏼‍♀️) I also got a flat white with pea mil
