As Americans visiting Arnhem, we wanted to find a friendly and interesting local bar with a great beer selection. Cafe 't Moortgat was perfect. Friendly and efficient bartender with good beer suggestions, nice atmosphere, cozy bar. Loud enough to be fun but quiet enough to converse. If this is what you are looking for, it's a great place!
