Really nice bowl of ramen. The broth was really tasty. The portion is also in a perfect size. I feel like the taste of the soup fill my heart to the full! The chef cooked it in front of us, so we can see every steps, which is interesting for me since I really like cooking. There’s a lot of variations of ramen too.

Super flavorful ramen. Not a fan of ramen myself. But the chicken broth ramen tastes so fresh and strong that the ramen noodles were infused with the savory flavor of the broth. Have been to few ramen shops in the NL, including Ramen Nikkou in Rotterdam Bergweg, none of their servings are as good as this shop offers. It seems that you can ask for unlimited volume of the ramen, as noted in the menu, if you can finish all of it.

Good place, not the best one, but definitely worth to visit if you’re in Delft. I had Toripaitan Shio with an extra egg, it was quite different from the typical marinated egg you expect to get in ramen: the taste was pretty plain and the yolk was kinda liquid.
