The blonde lady (without glasses) who cashed us in today at 3.30 p.m. definitely deserves a badge in listlessness. There was no reply to our hello, just as she did not think it necessary to communicate the total amount. She didn't speak a single word and thus conveyed a maximum lack of motivation. That's a pity, because the articles from HEMA are actually very nice - it's just that shopping with such ghosts at the checkout is no fun!
