It's my first time coming to this place, I have been enjoying it a lot because it's totally my kind of favorite place the staff were kind and smiling that made me very happy, I felt welcomed, I ordered a cappuccino/banana bread it was Delicious, it was just a bit crowded but that was fine because I had my headphones, I recommend it to everyone :) I'll come back next time when I visit the Netherlands again 😌

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received. We waited for over an hour and were never served anything. During that time, we watched other customers who arrived after us receive their orders. When we finally decided to leave and asked about our order on our way out, the staff completely ignored us. Not only was this unprofessional, but it also felt incredibly disrespectful. What made the experience even more upsetting was that it seemed like all the Dutch customers were being served while we, as foreigners, were overlooked. Nice place for coffee and breakfast. We decided on a large cappucino, a warm bagel with bacon and cheddar cheese, and a special carpaccio bagel. Everything worked together very nicely, you could feel that the products were fresh. The bagel was gently heated and toasted. The service was very friendly.
