Really nice restaurant. Excellent service and atmosphere. Turkey is often known for the street food but less for its gastronomy. This restaurant shows up Turkish authentic preparations and beverages. I had the 6-course menu. All starters were delicious - from the seabrass to the lentils and the brisket. I also discovered the Salgam drink. Gentle remark to the chef, though all starters were delicious and surprised me in some way, the main course and dessert were more usual and less surprising. I had the eggplant and meat and it was good but not surprising - more usual. Same for the dessert. S

Overall, have to say their service is excellent. Polite and delightful. Cousine wise, it depends. I'm not originally from Turkey could be I don't understand the cousine and its history. However, I didn't taste the soul from it. I do like the dish made by seabass. However, the taste of sourness which not sure was from yogurt or it was pickled. The main dish was made by brisket. Portion was extra-orinarily thin. The brisket was cut with the grain. Which was not my favorate but luckily chef made it really thin. So i didn't have to chew too much. However, was very thin that lost a bit taste as wel

We had a wonderful dinner at Nev. It’s a modern interpretation of Turkish cuisine, clearly crafted by a talented chef who pays attention to every detail. The kokoreç and pastrami pickle were my favorites. Service was excellent, with perfect timing and dishes served hot. The music and overall sound level were just right, creating a relaxed and elegant dining atmosphere. Thanks Nev!
