I went here to meet my girlfriends parents for the first time and it was a pretty nice experience. They been here before and chose this place to meet up. Overall I had a really great evening, also thanks to the restaurant. The food here was amazing, the fries were a bit bland but nothing a bit of salt can't fix. They have a solid selection of meals but I chose the BBQ chicken and I was really happy with my choice! The service was also amazing. I visited Café Willem Albert with my parents and we took a seat on the terrace. While the setting is nice, the experience lacked attention to detail. It was quite cold, no complimentary blankets were offered, and several tables were set up but unusable because they were positioned directly under a leaking rain gutter. The food was pricey, which I expected given the location, but the quality fell short. My dad’s “luxe lunch” arrived with cold soup, and the poached egg was forgotten entirely. Food: Always love coming here for brunch/lunch. They have a big menu with loads of options, also lots of vegetarian options. Warm and cold options and plenty of beverages to choose from. Every time I come here the food is of great quality. My favorite is definitely the homemade kibbeling and the lemonades. My husband loves the market burger. Oh and the coffees are great too. Love the salted caramel cappuccino with whipped cream! Service: Staff is always very friendly and helpful. You never have to wait long for food or drinks (mind you were here on a busy Saturday and still there's not a lon
