What an incredible way to spend our last night in the Netherlands! We truly could not have asked for a better dining experience. The Food: Cold Smoked Salmon Appetizer: This was the star of the show. It was marinated in beet juice, giving it a stunning, deep red color. It tasted even better than it looked, we honestly couldn't get enough of it. The Mains: We tried a variety of dishes including the Hot Smoked Salmon, the Vegetarian Wellington, and the Veal Liver. The liver was exceptionally mild and cooked to perfection, it was so delicious that we’re now inspired to try making it at home! T

Dinner and art all in one sitting. A menu that has been influenced by countries around the Mediterranean - all made with fresh organic products. For someone who loves photography and does the utmost best to capture food aesthetically, this place was right up my alley. All dishes were artfully plated without sacrificing flavour, and this includes dessert. We were a group of 6, and booked early. The reception was very kind, and somewhat informal, which fit the atmosphere of the restaurant. From the outside it looks very nice, and classy. Indoors, it is nice too, but not matching the outside. I had an excellent tuna steak. It was seared, and tranched when served. Very enjoyable. The selection of wines is limited, but ok. At some point we were asked whether we had further plans for the evening. It felt like they wanted us to do, which was likely the case, to make space for a new round of guests. I had a great dinner yesterday with my girlfriends. It wasn't easy to find a restaurant with an interesting menu for vegetarians and a good ambiance, but Subliem had it all. There was enough choice for vegetarian dishes, and my non-vegetarian food was also excellent. The service was amazing—kind, thoughtful, and with a personal touch. The ambiance was cozy and inviting
