Yes, we drive 40 km just for bagels — but not just any bagels. My absolute favorite Tomato 🍅🍅🍅 and Garlic 🧄🧄🧄 Bagels 🥯🥯🥯 at BetterBagels in Leiden! Recognized immediately upon entering by the owner — 'You came for the tomato and garlic!?!?' — which makes it even better. Friendly people, fantastic flavors — truly the shop worth the trip. The shop I recommend!

Went here because of a SocialDeal deal and were very surprised at how good it was! The deal itself was already amazing value compared to the usual prices, but we were especially surprised with how fresh and delicious the bagels were! All the ingredients at the “bar” looked so good, especially the salads. The men behind the counter were super friendly and casual, making it a fun time while you wait. We definitely understood why there was a big queue forming on Sunday morning and will visit again!
