Very nice Fusion Asian food options for every taste. Vega, vegan, fish or meat. Enough choice for vegans and good amounts of vegetables. Edamame, kimchi, gyoza and multiple rice and noodle options. Chinese beer and good strong coffee! Very friendly and helpful staff. The jazzy music did not fit the atmosphere, at least for me. But then i am kind of allergic to trumpets and saxophones, so maybe this was only for me an issue....

Watch out for the bill! We ate here today. Right at the door, we asked if the student discount we saw on their website was valid. They said yes, so we happily ordered the stir-fried teriyaki noodles with tofu (€11), Kung Pao tofu (€10.50), vegan mini spring rolls (€3.50), and two mint lemon waters (€2). The total should have been €27. Guess what? When it was time to pay, we were told the total is €34, and they didn't even give us a receipt to check what we were actually charged for. The BEST Chinese food I’ve had outside of China. The sichuan chili beef was so authentically Chinese I felt back right back home. The owner and the chef very lovely and sweet. MUST GO for an authentic Chinese experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Ginger Restaurant in Maastricht. The food was delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and full of rich, well-balanced flavours. Portions were just right — satisfying without being overwhelming. Service was excellent: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely warm. The presentation of each dish was thoughtfully done, adding to the overall appeal. Great value for money and a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!
