Massive rooms! Very comfortable but soundproofing not so good. Could hear someone talking which seemed to be coming from the Aircon. Had an issue with the shower, it wouldn't turn on. Had to seek help twice but did get it resolved in the end. Associated gym looked well equipped. Lots of outdoor pitches and indoor sports halls associated with the hotel. Breakfast was very nice.

The best part about staying at this hotel was checking out. The staff are not helpful or friendly. Martin who woks in the bar/restaurant was about as friendly as cancer, he has perfected the art of being RUDE!. Anyone thinking of staying please look somewhere else.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff are incompetent from a customer service perspective. Cleaners failed to clean the room properly, everything was dusty, you can tell it took them 5 min to clean the room. Very little attention to detail. There were holes on the roof and door. I was bitten by bed bugs around my body. Breakfast is mediocre and staff don’t clear plates quickly after you eat. We booked two rooms for three people for one night. Among the two rooms, one had several issues that significantly impacted our stay: 1.There was no separation for the toilet door, which was not mentioned anywhere in the room description or during the booking process. This lack of privacy was quite inconvenient. 2.The bed was dirty and had crumbs of food, likely from a previous guest.
