I wanted to try a cocktail with Genever (when in the Netherlands…), and though they don’t normally mix cocktails with it, I was offered a basil smash variation right then and there. Lovely and refreshing. But the pièce de résistance was the mezcal sour (pictured). Smooth, delicious, and done to perfection. Fantastic place - can’t wait to return. Don’t miss out if you are in Rotterdam!
