All the flavor combos looked scrumptious (we got the Coconut and Royal). The stroopwafel is fresh made to order, crispy, and indulgent. Not to mention the shop is a cute space, too! Don't miss out on this place when in Rotterdam.

Didi's Stroopwafels are an absolute delight! These homemade, traditional Dutch waffles come with a variety of topping options to choose from. I went for the homemade caramel with sea salt on milk chocolate – it was incredible! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Didi himself is incredibly welcoming and clearly passionate about his craft. Looove this place! This was my first stroopwafel ever and it was delightful! They made it fresh and I had milk chocolate with caramel toppings. It was warm and gooey and sweet and everything I want in a treat! And the coffee was delicious and the perfect accompaniment🧡 I will go here everytime I’m in Rotterdam! Highly recommend if you want something sweet or a tasty coffee! And the shop is super cute!
