This restaurant is perfectly located near Rotterdam Station and also conveniently close to a parking lot, making it very easy to find. The food was absolutely outstanding. We chose the Menu Persévérance with the prestige wine pairing, and it was more than worth it, every dish and wine pairing was exquisite and thoughtfully curated. I booked a 5-course dinner for restaurant week. The overall taste was not very balanced. It was either too salty or too sour. The main course steak had some tendons like chewing gum. The dessert was very sour. The decaf coffee was just a long Nestle capsule, and it was charged for 9.5 euros. And btw the still water is also 9.5 euros, which is quite shocking. The service may be one of the few that is up to standard.

We really had a wonderful evening at Joelia. All dishes were remarkably delicious. The wine list were amazing. The service is excellent, very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was really nice and luxurious. When we arrived, the homemade crunch mixture was on the table and that was so good!! The Amuse bouches were really creative and delicious. After a wonderful 5 course menu, we were treated with a delicious complimentary dessert. And that ended the perfect evening. We really enjoyed the night and will definitely come back!!
