When I order my food I got it after a few minutes, very nice I thought but the fact that everything was cold was not. I would've waited for 15 more minutes if it meant that my food would be warm. I asked if they could warm it up, I didn't need a new one just warming my burger is okay. She said okay and I sat back down and she then came with a new burger, I said thank you and took a bite out of my burger, she was super nice so cute, BUT MY GODDANG BURGER WAS STILL COLD????how did y'all make me a new one and make it cold again?? Anyways the drinking machine stinks too so it's not appetizing but

We came here 45 minutes before closing time. Half the restaurant was already closed up (blocked by chairs), only three most uninvited tables were available, the more cozy ones were blocked with chairs. Okay... We ordered. I asked to use the toilet - nope, "it's closed". What do you mean closed? Yeah, closed. There was a sign saying something about the toilet costing 1€ nope, closed. We ordered and paid for an ice as part of the menu. When picking up the order, there was no ice - here's a milkshake instead... We didn't want a milkshake. Food was disgusting. I have never been in such dirty restsaurant (even if it's just fast food chain). Everything was dirty and smelly. It felt like I am in a restaurant in slums area. There are several people from staff but nobosy seems to want to work. I was waiting by the kassa and for the first 2 minutes nobody wanted to acknowledge my presence, then two ladies were arguing with each other who will go to take my order. It was really unpleasant experience.

Writing this to make people aware, hygiene practice is definitely not up to mark. I ended up with severe food poisoning and doctor confirmed possibility of food contamination. The chicken burger I ordered yesterday felt artificial (some weird taste which I ignored - the lettuce was outside longer than usual I guess and the chicken patty was definitely undercooked) and clearly made me sick. Request to please follow better hygiene procedures and make sure people don’t fall sick.
