The cheesesteak itself was fine, not great but not bad. But the wait (14 minutes for a single takeaway cheesesteak with only a few other customers), combined with the most miserable looking and acting staff I've ever encountered have firmly cemented that I wouldn't return or recommend. It was if my order (regular cheesesteak, nothing nonstandard) had inconvenienced them.

It was crowded and they told us it might get 40 minutes to get the food but we were fine and waited, and it was definitely worth it 😍 overall delicious food and friendly staff, only thing I can pick up is that the pistachio milkshake tasted more like bitter almond to me and was not the best but the sandwiches and burger was amazing and an interesting fries with lots of cheese and spicy sauce. Best one was the chicken with cheese and caramelized onions for me. Really enjoyed it 🍗

The staff made fun of us for what we ate: Me and my girlfriend decided to eat at our one of the favourite place, we didn't eat anything the whole day so naturally we were starving, we wanted to eat good. Everything was well till the point one of the staff said "two truffle burgers, for one person" and they laugh. You shouldn't care what your customers eat and how much, the statement isn't even true. Never mind the comment on what we eat, we are so close to the kitchen, everybody can just hear you, what would you say such a rude thing in that position? This happened around 17:00-17:30 on Tu

I usually never write bad reviews but this one I had to. The preparation time was just unacceptable, 1h45 for 2 burgers, 1 mac and cheese and 6 wings. I ordered through Thuisbezorgd and the food was received still warm meaning that they took over 1h30 just to start making it. Once I received my order, I was just stubbornly shocked by the mac and cheese which was dripping in a chemical sort of cheese sauce and the burgers were beyond MID. No cheese in the burgers, they add the same fake cheesy sauce they use for the mac and cheese. I just felt robbed as I paid 50€ so I wish my comment will give
