We had customized poke bowl, and popcorn chicken as an addition. The popcorn chicken was so tasty. Everything else was good except for the sushi rice which I felt was a bit too much and fried garlic that was too rough to bite into. The place was strategically located, and pretty nicely decorated. Staff was pretty helpful enough to answer questions.

Update 2024: deducting a star, making this three stars now. The bowl portion size has decreased but the price has increased. I’m happy to pay slightly more for a good portion, but not for a smaller one. The ingredients are fresh but I’ve had several occasions where certain ones were forgotten to put on. The preparation time for a bowl can at times exceed 30 minutes, which seems unreasonably long. Review 2023: Great selection of bowls for a fairly reasonable price! I usually go to Poke Perfect in Rotterdam and decided to check the one in Utrecht out as well. It's very similar, in a good way. Very good ingredients, unrushed atmosphere and friendly service. We didn't have to wait long for our food either. It's not the cheapest option, but then you do get something that's both tasty and healthy. The portions are nice too. I personally love that there are lots of vegan and gluten free options, that combination is hard to find in most cities.

Somehow tastes worse than the crappy pokebowls you can buy at the supermarket. Kind of impressive how tasteless the ingrediënts they use are. Would recommend other places where they use fresher ingredients or atleast make the bowls taste good.
