Came here a while back for dinner with the family and found our experience quite underwhelming. My partner flew in to The NL and wanted to introduce my family to some easy Asian food and we decided upon trying Kota Radja. Upon being seated the service was kind yet when we started our dining experience the service lacked actual service, kindness, efficiency and organisation. The food was extremely average to some things not good at all. I went here last week to celebrate the birthday of my husband. I thought it was special place because it's always fully booked every time we wanted to make reservation. So this time we finally able to made a reservation. First impression of the place is small. The guy told us to sit on the next to the window (I thought it was nice) but then after 5 min he changed his plans and moved us to random table because the table next to the window is for a group. However after 15 mins, that table changed again and it was for 2 ppl. So I was disappointed in the beginning, especially he even made a joke

This Restaurant was just awesome! I recommend to make a reservation, because even on Thursday there was nearly no empty table. The food was so delicious and we really liked the concept of getting 5 rounds of food instead of an all you can eat Buffet where you walk to get the food. So you order 3 things per Person per round and get it served. Everything was just yummy and everyone of the service team was so nice and friendly! We are more than happy that we chose this restaurant. I really recommend!

Great location, good atmosphere, great staff too- they're friendly and helpful. By far the best sushi I've eaten in Zwolle. Yes it's a bit pricier than other sushi bars but we'll worth it. Things are cooked to order so it's fresh. The sake was lush! Thanks for a great evening. We'll be back.
