Extremely friendly staff. They’re just so eager to help you. (Staff = women) 🫶🏻 . Food is also extremely good. From pizza to fries everything. Pizza tasted exactly like New Yorker Pizza in Islamabad. Everything except garlic bread. I think garlic bread needs to be baked properly because the garlic butter sauce tasted raw. It wasn’t properly melted. I recommend this place to everyone.

The taste was really bad, and it did not live up to expectations.However, their customer service is top-notch! As soon as we complained, they responded instantly, apologized sincerely, and handled our issue with great care. They quickly took action and sent us a replacement pizza.The second pizza was absolutely incredible! It was super tasty, perfectly prepared, and truly tasted like a chef's special. The toppings, rich cheese, and delicious sauces were perfectly balanced. Melting Spot proved their quality and won us over with their amazing turnaround. Highly recommended for their food and unmatched service!

I ordered a pizza last night, there delivery service was very quick, when I opened our Pizza box, my mouth started watering that time because the mixed scent of cheese, seasoned cooked crust and Galpino, when I took my first bite the taste of it was very delicious, the cheese quantity was appropriate, and the crust was moderate not thin or thick and was seasoned cooked, it was one of top three pizza I have experienced in Peshawar so far.
