We had an excellent experience, starting from the Mickey Mouse costume gentleman who assisted my father to walk up. The team was extremely pleasant and polite. The Manager Waseem took personal interest in our order and made sure we enjoyed our visit. Food was great as always. No wonder Chief has bern the best . Ive been visiting from a very young age. Visited Chief on Peshawar Ring Road today, a place that holds special memories for me from my childhood, especially the University Road branch. The overall ambiance was excellent, and the seating was quite comfortable, making for a pleasant environment to dine in. However, the pizza I was so fond of during my childhood was not the same anymore. The taste has clearly changed ,it lacked the freshness and flavor I remember. It seems that in expanding to multiple branches and turning into a chain of restaurants, they've somehow lost the essence of their original taste and quality. Sadly enough , I was not impressed with the food this time.

The OG Chief, once known for serving affordable, high-quality food, has unfortunately lost much of what made it special. The restaurant was packed, as any Chief branch usually is, but the prices have nearly quadrupled while the quality and taste have failed to keep pace. The pizza was enjoyable, but the signature Chief flavour that many of us grew up with was noticeably absent. The Double Chicken Cheese Special Burger was generously loaded, yet it lacked the sauce that once made it stand out, and the chicken itself was disappointingly dry. The Blueberry Shake was underwhelming, while the Chicken Tarragon was quite good. The Black Pepper Chicken Steak was arguably the highlight of the meal, offering a substantial portion size that easily surpassed what many steak houses in Peshawar typically serve.
