Highly recommend! A stylish but cozy place with delicious food and drinks (must try their wines!). Great for dates, friend meetups or even solo dining. I recommend: croquettes, lamb ribs, crudo, fresh pasta, and catch of the day (They make sure they get the freshest quality of fish). Get both desserts! For drinks, they have a refreshing natural Sancerre that goes well with the food. Their Paloma cocktail is a must try - crisp and clean!

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time with the current resident Chef Valentine. The food was fresh and delicious. And the service is great and it’s a really chill space with great vibes and music to match. I also enjoy trying all the new natural wines they bring in. Definitely a spot to have a night out in Poblacion.

ate here for their valentine's and was very disappointed... service was not that great asand we waited an hour for their "grilled" steak with chimichurri... (the pictures speak for themselves) and our waters were rarely refilled even if our glass was clearly empty already 🥲 the apps were good so we had high expectations but were quickly let down after the burrata, steak, and dessert. the dj playing also made the experience less intimate as the music was blasting and it didn't really give off the "valentine's" vibe ...

Went to Bibio for dinner and it did not disappoint. They now carry a new menu by Chef Valentine and his experience is very evident in his food. Tried almost the entire menu and absolute stand outs for me are beef flat bread, shrimp risotto, terrine, croquettes and the beef pasta. Food was definitely memorable. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

have gone here twice in the past couple months. food and drinks are equally as good and you could play around with pairings or ask the staff for recommendations for a foolproof dining experience. food is elevated in a meaningful way. i’ve observed their chefs in residence share their individual experience through the menu they put out, guided by their roots and culture. really enjoyed chef kier reyes ibañez menu that i would want to taste every option but i could visit so much, so i would definitely want to explore more chef menus. it’s a cozy and intimate space perfect for a group of 3-5 friends or family i imagine that i would be glad to go back to again and again as i continuously bring loved ones.
