Jancy Austero★★★★★This café honestly reminds me of my childhood. It feels like a fusion of childhood nostalgia and my love for cute places and things. The Iced Dark Chocolate Mocha met my expectations—it wasn't your usual coffee blend, which made it stand out. As for the food, I enjoyed the nachos, though I think the dip could be a little less oily. I would also love to see a slightly larger serving size for the nachos. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I'd definitely come back to try more from their menu.
Lia Maghirang★★★★very cute pet-friendly cafe with lots of seating and collectibles you can buy! the ambiance is nice and the music is just loud enough to enjoy but not loud enough to drown conversations. the service was pretty fast maybe 10-15 mins for food and about 5 mins for drinks. as for the food: golden enoki - so good, crunchy and not overly oily. would recommend this if you've ever tried fried mushrooms i love them. if you love enoki this is good for you too. love that despite it being fried you can taste the mushroom distinctly truffle pasta - this was good too really well balanced. just the right amount of creaminess and you can really taste the truffle, love the mushrooms and the presentation is great. choco tiramisu - pretty standard tiramisu its creamy but i'm not sure if they removed the coffee because i couldn't taste it, i would've preferred it with the coffee flavor peach mango fizzy tea - so refreshing i loved it, it comes with jelly! would get this over and over again
Jessica Nubla★★★★★The food is really good and filling. It may be a bit more expensive but the food is worth it, because they give big servings and don't hold back on the ingredients. The staff is friendly and chill. You can stay for hours just relaxing in their cafe and doing your thing. They also have sockets you can use to charge your devices. This is really an art cafe where you can even bring your own art materials and have art dates with your friends. They have paid activities on-site even if you don't have your own art stuff. You can work/study here if you want, but take note that the vibe in peak hours is lively and quite noisy, especially it there are kids. Quiet time might be more like 9pm-12mn, until they close.
Cat Tejada★★★★★I really loved their Chainsaw Man–inspired menu—the food was delicious, filling, and super generous with servings (hindi tinipid at all). The Denji French Toast is one of my top picks, not too sweet and really satisfying. ☺️ What makes this café even more special is how pet-friendly they are—they even gave my fur baby a treat when we arrived 🐾💖. Plus, they have so many fun things inside: anime merchandise, blind boxes, and DIY art activities (I made a cute lamp!) which made the whole experience extra exciting. The place is very cozy and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. It’s also such a great spot for chill hangouts or barkada bonding over food, art, and collectibles. Just a heads-up, parking is a bit limited, but honestly everything else makes it totally worth the visit.

Lena Boiser★★★★★If you’re looking for a unique date idea or bonding activity for your family, you should visit Neo Art Cafe. It’s a toy cafe and DIY art studio in one. They have an extensive menu, mostly comfort food - breakfast plates, sandwiches, pasta, and cakes. From what we tried, I really liked the seared ebi sandwich, french toast, and Neo breakfast platter. For drinks, they have coffee, tea, matcha, and milk. I recommend you try the Matcha Strawberry. They are the first distributor of Lucky Emma toys in the Philippines and boast an up-to-date collection. There are other blind box toys, build kits, anime art toys, and more. They even have clothes for kids. For the DIY Art Studio, they have drip or hand painting. You can choose from a selection of coin bank figures. They also have blank canvas panels. There’s also paint by numbers and some sort of soft bead artwork. There’s just a lot of things to do here so it’s a good spot if you’re looking to try a new hobby while enjoying good food.

Bernadette Rangel★★★★★It’s our first time to visit Neo Art Cafe and I must say that this isn’t your ordinary cafe. It’s a cafe, toy collectors haven and diy art studio in one. We enjoyed all the food that we ordered. My top fave is the truffle pasta. Their drinks were also yum! It’s a good chill spot to bond with your friends and family. Must visit!
