Shannen Baliuag★★★★★Deo Gracias Restaurant never fails to impress. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared—each flavor complements each other so well, and the plating is truly unique and worth capturing. It’s the kind of place that instantly comes to mind whenever there’s something special to celebrate. I’ve visited twice already, and both experiences were consistently excellent. The service stands out just as much as the food—the staff are polite, welcoming, and always have an accommodating smile. You can really tell they know the menu well, which makes the whole dining experience even better. A must-try is their Sangria Roja—it's so unique and delicious that one round definitely isn’t enough. I also appreciate how pet-friendly they are. They provided water for my furbaby and made sure he stayed comfortable even while we were seated outside. Despite that, the ambiance remained great and relaxing. Overall, every visit has been worthwhile, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again.
Maybelene Pe★★★★★Well deserved Michelin Select. Had reservations for our Christmas lunch with friends. It was a smooth process talking to them on Viber. They made recommendations and adviced for the advanced orders so we just had to show up on the day without any hassle. Food was very good. Notable dishes Entrecot, Arroz Butifarra, Gambas, Salmon, Chuletas, Puntillas Fritas. Server was very attentive also. Had a relaxed and a good experience overall. It is good for special occasions.
angeline igdalino★★★★★Deo Gracias is a Spanish restaurant in Quezon City known for its elegant atmosphere and high-quality Spanish cuisine. The restaurant is set in a beautifully restored house with warm lighting and stylish interiors, creating a cozy yet refined dining experience that feels perfect for special occasions or intimate gatherings. The menu focuses on authentic Spanish dishes such as tapas, paella, croquetas, and their well-known cochinillo (roasted suckling pig), with many diners praising the flavorful cooking and careful presentation. However, an honest review would note that the restaurant is quite expensive compared to many other places in Metro Manila, and some guests feel that portions can be small for the price. While the food quality and ambiance are generally praised, service can sometimes feel slow during busy hours, and the upscale setting makes it more suited for special occasions rather than casual everyday dining. Overall, Deo Gracias is a great choice for people who enjoy authent
Riel Oronico★★Quite disappointing given its Michelin status We ordered ceviche, negra paella, callos, and churros. Overall, everything was just meh 🫤 Not worth the price The paella was undercooked; the rice still felt like bigas— too firm, with an unpleasant bite, and too wet— more like risotto than paella Service was ok. They are proactive in refilling our glasses and asking for food feedback. It was a bit off when they tried clearing our plates even though we were obviously not finished. They did ask, and we politely declined, but it happened more than once. On the other hand, kuya guard was very kind! The cherry on top of my disappointment: I asked if they could include extra chocolate for takeout, and they said yes but there was none. I just think basic customer service would be to clearly explain if something isn’t possible, rather than overpromising and underdelivering. I would have understood. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Food Connoisseur★★★★Was originally planing to dine for diner, however they have an event that night si I ended up eating for lunch the following day. I had the best Baguette de Ternera. The truffle cream cheese starts the mood. Their Ensalada de Gulas y panceta is okay. The panceta is too hard to chew because the skin is on. But the baby eels are too soft and not fishy. The paella senyoret is a must try also. The cuttle fish is soft and not gamey, shrimp and maya maya was cooked to perfection. I’m just looking for the crunch of the socorrat which is lacking in their paella. The place is good for dinner dates and family lunches. The atmosphere is inviting however the staffs are not that attentive.
gigABeemd★★★★Deo Gracias offers a dining experience that feels both comforting and celebratory—an ode to classic Spanish flavors presented with warmth and sincerity. From the moment you step inside, the restaurant sets a relaxed yet inviting tone, evoking the spirit of a Spanish home where meals are meant to be shared, conversations linger, and time slows down just enough to savor every bite. The menu is a thoughtful journey through Spain’s culinary traditions. Each dish reflects respect for authentic techniques while remaining approachable for diners who may be exploring Spanish cuisine for the first time. Tapas are a clear highlight—perfectly portioned, rich in flavor, and ideal for sharing. Whether it’s the satisfying crisp of croquettes or the depth of flavor in their garlic-forward offerings, every plate feels intentional and well-executed. Main courses are hearty without being overwhelming. The paella stands out as a centerpiece dish: aromatic, generously topped, and balanced in seasoning.
Peter★★★★I was quite disappointed with the food. I gave them 4 stars because overall, the experience was good. It’s really more like 3.5 than 4. Service and ambience were awesome but food was just good, not great. I rarely give a long review but with their Michelin status, I should justify my feeling of disappointment for paying such a high cost for food that was just okay. I have traveled to Japan, Spain (Madrid and 2x Barcelona), Italy, France, & Turkey so I have tried these dishes somewhere else. Here’s what we ordered and my apologies for not using the menu names. Fried and sous vide octopus, clams, salads, cheese board, fried baby squid, callos, paella, risotto, croquettes, lava cake, & churros. Not one of these dishes had us say “wow.” First, the fried octopus was just cut up and fried, period. Hoping that the sauce on the side would help, nope. The sauce was also basic. The sous vide would have been great if the sauce was better. The fried squid was delicious but the black and green
alexis★★★★★Great place if you’re looking for good Spanish food. It’s Michelin-selected for a reason. In my opinion, it’s comparable to other Spanish restaurants around the Metro—specifically Txoko and Sala Martinez—but more accessible since it’s located in QC and has decent parking as well. The standout dishes were definitely the chorizo cold cuts and the vegetarian paella—which I initially thought wouldn’t be very flavorful since it had no meat at all, but it ended up being surprisingly the highlight of our lunch. Service was okay; the staff was attentive enough, although nothing particularly stood out in terms of hospitality or friendliness. While not a deal-breaker, it could’ve been a better experience given the homey atmosphere of the place. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely come back with family for lunch or for a nice dinner date 🙂
