Stephen Do★★★★★The space here is incredibly romantic — beautifully designed, warm, and cozy, making you feel comfortable the moment you step in. The staff are truly professional and genuinely care about their customers, which really enhances the whole experience. As for the food, most of it is quite unique and delicious, definitely worth trying. However, I have to be honest: there was some kind of octopus dish — I'm not sure exactly what it was — but that one was not good at all. So you might want to skip that. Overall, this place is perfect for a date night, or even just meeting up with friends.
Sinta Velasco★★★★★My family is local to the area, and we enjoyed our first meal at Seva. We had the tuna tartare, vodka rigatoni, bucatini, and octopus. And for dessert, creme brule and panna cotta. All delicious, and the standouts are the tuna tartare and panna cotta. The place probably seats 40 people max, and low lighting at night (great date place, little kids may not enjoy as much). If there’s one point for improvement, our mains did not come out at the same time. My sister was done eating when ours arrived.
May Rosales★★★★Went to the restaurant for Saturday brunch a little after it opened. Didn't have a reservation but tables were available. Ordered the ahi tuna tartare, hot crab dip (with extra bread...this dip was yum and rich), and vongole (with spaghettini). Food was delicious; a bit salty for my taste but my brother was raving so much about it. The servings were just right for two people to share. The service was exceptional.
crispycurrycurry★★★★★We went here for our anniversary and did not choose wrong. We very much enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere is very intimate, with low lighting and calm music. Definitely one for special occasions. The Hot Crab Dip is a must-try! It lives up to its name. Creamy, full of sea-rich flavors and umami. Could be served with more bread. Spicy Vodka Rigatoni is good, but nothing that brings it to the top compared with most Italian places we've tried. The burrata is solid on the inside, which should have been softer and creamier. The octopus is cooked to perfection but is overpowered by the smoky and garlicky taste. I expected more but it's still fairly decent. Both of our cocktails — Watermelon Sour and Seva — are well-crafted drinks with a good level of alcohol. I prefer the Watermelon more, a light drink that works perfectly well with the fruit, also a good entry drink for people who don't like alcohol much. The stars of the show are their complimentary tiramisu vodka shots and crèm
Myles Chua★★★★★I had the chance to try Chef Neil and Chef Amanda’s cooking back when Seva was still doing private dining, and seeing how far they’ve come is amazing. The Gem Salad was a great start, cheesy and crunchy. Our personal favorite was the Vodka Rigatoni which was rich, creamy and had a subtle tanginess with the burrata. The Chicken Confit, Octopus, Vongole, and Steak were great as well. The desserts were equally delicious as well. Service was attentive, fast and very accommodating to our birthday celebrant. The intimate, wood-accented and dimly lit interiors fit the concept really well. It’s easy to see why Seva earned a spot in the Michelin guide. Already looking forward to the next visit.
Cholo Lorenzo San Jose★★★★★We celebrated my partner’s birthday at Seva Dining in San Juan, and it ended up being one of our most memorable dinners in Metro Manila. We ordered the Parmigiano Fries, Spicy Vodka Rigatoni, and the NY Strip, and everything was well-prepared and full of flavor. The fries were crisp and cheesy, the rigatoni was rich and perfectly balanced, and the NY Strip was surprisingly good—especially with the shao kao seasoning that added a really nice depth of flavor. The cozy ambiance made it perfect for a special night out, but what really stood out was the service. Chef Neil was very accommodating and even surprised us with a complimentary Crème Brûlée for the birthday celebrant, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, great food, warm service, and a place we’d be happy to return to and recommend.
Zhe Lua★★★★★it's our second time to try this restaurant we loved the wagyu steak it has big portion, but our favorite dish is the tuna ahi tarte, the charcuterie is also a must try, we ordered a lot of appetizer haha was really full for the mains, for drinks the yuzu mint fizz. we wanted to go back! every dish is on point and price is reasonable.
David Paddit★★★★★Great food and service, waiter was attentive to my every need. I only ever have classic cocktails so when they were able to make my drink to my specifications, I was thoroughly impressed. Their food is amazing too, the crab dip is a must-try! Super worth going. Would go again 100%. Want to try their dinner menu next!
