Just a short walk from the Aveiro station and it has some amazing suckling pork sandwich, fully packed with flavor and pork is juicy, cannot go wrong following locals for lunch. PS sangria comes in a large glass, 10/10 for portions

Pernil and Leitão, the porcine pride of Bairrada especially and Portugal in general. Pork sandes to die for! A great place for a fab sandwich any time but between lunch and dinner hours as well. Casual dining, inexpensive, and great service.

Outstanding Pork meet sandwiches! We had a soup as starter and to test one sandwich with crunchy pork and the other one with pork and cheese. Each is served with homemade chips ( definitely my choice) or homemade fries. You can have a spicy salsa if you want. Clearly this place is a recommendation if you want to have a decent pork sandwich. And the price is on top extremely good. I will come back whenever I am in town.

Before you step into this place, make sure you have cash or a Portuguese bank accout. They don't accept any other card than "MBs". This was a negative point. I had only international credit card and no money, and then I had the leave the place to withdraw some money and then back to pay. The pork meet is good, with a nice flavour and souce. As you can see, the regular fries, it is a shame.
