Restaurant serving traditional Portuguese food, homemade and served in very generous portions. For starters, I had bread and olives, and ordered a suckling pig croquette. For the main course, I opted for the portion of stewed veal with mashed potatoes and also ordered rice. Even before tasting the food, I was dissatisfied with the restaurant's conditions, particularly the lighting in the room. The space was excessively dark, with all the tables dimly lit. I politely requested that the lighting be turned on, a request that was denied with the justification that "it wasn't possible to do more." We ordered a sausage and some steaks with mushrooms, and both the potatoes were tasteless, as was the rice. The sausage had a strange smell, and its presentation was unappetizing. The only edible parts were the egg that came with the sausage and the steaks; nothing else was inedible.
