Exquisite and delicious food that showcases Algarvian produce like nowhere else we have been. It represents incredibly good value for this level of dining. In the past year we have been to 3 2star Michelin restaurants. 2 in Europe and 1 in South America. Alameda had the best food of them all. The food was exceptional. Sauces were silky smooth, fragrant and multi dimensional. Services was excellent. Attentive but inconspicuous. Every waiter had excellent English. Local wines were very good. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. I’ve been out for a fancy meal plenty of times, but this wasn’t just a ‘night out for a meal’ – I’d say it was a work of art! You’re transported to another world, presented with stunning works of art, and treated to a story about the Algarve. The waiters are all so attentive and friendly! It was worth every penny.
