This was one of, if not the best meals we had in Portugal. It's evident how much care, love and attention to detail that the chef/owner puts into each dish. You could also see how passionate he is in the way he interacted with his apprentice, having him taste new ingredients, coaching the next generation. All of the dishes we had were outstanding with fresh flavour, respecting but also elevating the incredible produce of the region. Incredible food, best we had in Faro! Menu changes here weekly so it's whatever is local and fresh. Everything we had was special. This is only a small place with like 10 - 15 tables. The chef will come and check on you at times to see how everything is and even clear away your table. This is a unique spot if you are in to your food.
