There is no one in the restaurant but delaying more then 40minutes for Online orders. if consider only your dining customers and not able to prepare the food quickly for online orders then why you accepting the online orders. The cashier also behaving so rude,They only talking with each others and using mobile in cashier position. Really Im so disappointed with this behavior

A very honest review for the overall experience. For the management please take it as a constructive criticism. We visited this branch on Friday evening around 8 PM 1. We initially skimmed through the menu and requested the staff for Blue berry Mojito, was informed that it is not available. We requested for four lime juice with mint. The server got us the lime juice, but three out of the four did not even have some sweetness in them, they tasted very bland. We requested them to add some sugar to the server, who did not serve us with some sugar also. 2. We also requested for three lentil soups, but then again was informed that there were only two servings available. Very odd to know that their kitchen could not make one more serving? 3. The lentil soup was warm at best, which makes me alarmed that was it freshly made or just served stored lentil soups. 4. Kilo kebab that we requested were not as shown in the pictures. I have been visiting Kilo Kabab Restaurant in Dammam so frequently during the past two years and liked the food, staff ,place and the location. The starters, both hot and cold including salads are fresh and tasty. The best main dish I like is the mixed grills that comes with beef and chicken. Ramadan Iftar buffet . Nice place. Affordable prices. Reservation Is a must for the buffet at least one day before. The staff are very friendly and nice. The service very fast. A lot of food choices. Almost everything available. Eat whatever you can and like. The start they will serve you with dates,Saudi coffee,and water. The advertiser : Tabola , homs , motabel , fatosh , sambosa , jarjer with cheese, and other . 2 types of soup. Main course: beef steak, eggplant with beef, hares, green pasta , shrimp barini ,and other. Dessert : Umali , baklwa , balah , basbosa, konafa .

I liked in this restaurant the spacious space and the beautiful design, which made me feel spacious. The dishes varied from grills, tagines, and special appetizers. We chose more than one type of kebab grills (khachkhash, Iskender kebab, and kebab with pomegranate molasses) and we chose from the appetizers, the delicious Beiruti hummus, the special spicy potatoes, and more. A dish I liked and ordered for the second time is the delicious meat tagine in the truest sense of the word.
