My husband and I have visited this branch multiple times. We usually come for the pizza and it tastes real Italian cuisine. The ingredients they use are premium, I am sure, and even the dough doesn't cause bloating or tummy discomfort. Yesterday, I tried El Diablo pizza for the first time and it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. My husband has celiac disease so he ordered a gluten-free pepperoni pizza. Both were more than amazing! My concern though is with the staff. They appear to be understaffed especially on a busy friday night. I was asking for an option with burrata and one of the waiters didn't give me any recommendation as if he doesn't know the menu. The other one seemed to be in a hurry and his voice was low. They cannot be blamed however as they were only 2 waiters for many tables and customers. This doesn't seem right to me. Still, they ended serving us accordingly and without mistakes. I’ve visited the Hayy Jameel branch before and the food was amazing, So I decided to bring my friend and try the same dishes at this branch. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. I ordered the same pizza I tried at the Hayy Jameel branch, but it tasted completely different. The flavors weren’t clear at all, and it honestly didn’t taste so good. You can even see the difference in the pictures. I was expecting the same quality, but this experience really let me down.
