I had a very disappointing experience. The food quality was poor, and the staff behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. We ordered half-fried eggs, but they were almost raw. When we politely asked for them to be cooked a bit more so they were edible, the kitchen and reception staff made fun of us instead of addressing the issue. We first visited this place during our Hajj trip in 2019 and have returned regularly since then whenever we came for Umrah. Unfortunately, our recent experience was extremely disappointing. The food quality has declined drastically, and the taste was very poor. The paratha was especially bad, tasting like very low-quality roadside food.
