One of the must-do experiences on your visit to A Coruña. There were four of us, and we had a tortilla made with eggs from "old" hens, Betanzos style—the best tortilla ever! Croquettes! Ham, leek, goat cheese, chicken, ham, caramelized onion! Each one better than the last! Meatballs and zorza (a Galician pork dish) were a delight for the palate. The best part was our cook, Emma, ​​a magician in the kitchen. She even came to the table to explain everything and cooked it fresh. The gentleman who served us was also incredibly friendly—11/10.
